Professional Marketing and Social Media Services
Business is all about people and relationships, so to help you get to know us here’s a short introduction.
We provide marketing and social media services to professional service business that range from lawyers and accountants to holistic therapists. I often talk about how businesses get stuck on a rollercoaster of feast or famine with winning new clients and so we help these businesses make sure they have a steady flow of clients.
That’s why we both believe that the right marketing and social media is critical to the success of your business, as it’s all about finding and keeping customers. Social media should be an integral part of your marketing mix as it’s the new word of mouth – where people hangout – but may not be the only thing you should be doing!
I front the business and have a background in marketing and social media, sales and general management, both in B2B and FMCG having been Managing Director, CEO and Sales and Marketing Director of a few different companies. What makes business fun for me (and it does need to be fun!) is meeting new people, discovering opportunities, identifying new customers, and devising strategies of how to reach those customers to help businesses grow.
Geoff’s background has been back-office customer service, training and systems support in all types and sizes of business; roles he continues to provide for our business.
After having lived and worked in London, we both worked abroad, Geoff in France and me in New York. We now live in the beautiful market town of Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk. We were told that moving to East Anglia would be “the death of ambition” but have found this to be completely untrue. The area is vibrant, growing and provides a great place for start up (and more established) organisations while also offering a great work life balance with stunning countryside and beautiful vistas.
My hobby takes the form of my very individual, spooky 16.1 hand Lippizaner gelding, Winston, who everyone tells me is the most “unhorselike” horse they’ve ever met and he definitely thinks too much. But I love him to pieces and wouldn’t change him as I now wouldn’t know how to deal with a “normal” horse!
Geoff’s affection for East Anglia is linked to his love of nature, in particular birdwatching (thankfully not a twitcher – just the odd nervous tic!).
Thank you for taking the time to know more about us – we look forward to meeting you and finding out about you and your business and how we can help you grow.
